Isaac is based in the London office and advises on all aspects of real estate, with particular emphasis on investment, corporate structured real estate, development, and corporate occupier work. He advises a wide range of clients on their real estate transactions and strategy and often leads multi-practice teams of lawyers on complex deals.
Isaac acts for landlords and tenants, institutional UK funds and private equity firms, family offices and overseas investors. He works with clients specialising across all asset classes, and his work has incorporated the office, retail, leisure, educational, industrial, logistics, data centre, residential, hotel, and student accommodation sectors. He has extensive and in-depth experience of the London office market.
Isaac sits on the firm's Pro Bono Committee and has a special interest in environmental matters and sustainability. He has guided a real estate focussed institutional fund on best practices in relation to environmental and sustainability matters.
Experience:
- Advising on the acquisition and redevelopment of the AMP (formerly MET) Building in London
- Advising AGC Equity Partners on their financing, management and sale of Citi Tower, Canary Wharf to Citigroup for a price in excess of £1billion
- Advising a major US entertainment company on their deals to take significant tv and film production space at Shinfield Studios
- Advising an Italian premium designer brand on all of its store openings and real estate strategy in the UK
- Advising an institutional fund on its real estate acquisitions, disposals and management work in the UK
- Advising on the acquisition and subsequent disposal of an offshore property company holding landmark buildings in the City of London
- Advising on the sale and subsequent lease back of a portfolio of care homes in the UK and France
