Jess is an Associate in our corporate department advising on all aspects of corporate law, including venture and growth capital, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, investments and general corporate advisory mandates.
She works with a variety of clients including private companies, venture capital investors, management teams and owner-managed businesses. Jess has experience advising on cross-border transactions and coordinating with international counsel, having supported deals involving parties and legal teams across Europe, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Sweden.
Jess has advised on a range of complex corporate transactions, including:

international due diligence for a W&I insurance broker in a multi-jurisdictional transaction involving legal teams across the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France;

acquisition by a Swedish publicly traded company of a UK manufacturing group for £34.1 million; and

acquisition by a Dutch private-equity backed purchaser of a UK toy making business with subsidiaries in China and the US for £27 million.
