Kate is a Legal Director in the real estate team in Sheffield. Kate joined Shoosmiths’ real estate team in April 2018, having been with Irwin Mitchell and Nabarro since qualification in 2008.
Kate has experience of all areas of landlord and tenant work. This work includes dealing with the day-to-day portfolio management and larger cross-jurisdiction acquisitions and disposals projects for ETEL (Kwik-Fit Group) and TRG. Kate has considerable experience in Strategic Land working for clients including Hallam Land Management Limited and Henry Boot.
Kate has been recognised as a Leading Associate for four consecutive years in the Legal 500 and and was shortlisted as Leading Associate of the Year in the 2023 and 2025 Legal 500 Northern Powerhouse Awards.
