Mandip is a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate department, advising on a broad range of corporate legal matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, infrastructure investments, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements and general corporate advisory mandates. Her work involves supporting clients across various sectors, helping them navigate complex transactions and corporate structuring with practical legal guidance.
Mandip read Law at the University of Birmingham and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. Mandip joined Shoosmiths in December 2021 and contributes to the firm’s corporate practice, working closely with clients and colleagues on transactional matters across the UK.
In 2019, Mandip was recognised by the Worcester Law Society as Worcestershire Junior Lawyer of the Year, an award that acknowledged her contributions to the legal profession and her engagement within the local legal community.
