Manu Mohan is a Legal Director in the competition law practice, advising on the full spectrum of EU and UK competition law as well as related digital regulations such as the EU Digital Markets Act (DMA) and the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCC). He has extensive experience in merger control, abuse of dominance, cartel investigations, and sector inquiries, with a particular focus on the evolving intersection of competition, privacy, and intellectual property law.

Manu has helped clients navigate challenging situations in a range of sectors including technology, life sciences, automotive, industrial manufacturing, luxury goods and financial services. He has advised on nuanced issues such as local market mergers (involving second phase reviews), licensing of standard essential patents, personalised pricing models, and selective distribution strategies.

Manu also plays a key role in the firm’s India Business Group, where he provides strategic counsel to Indian corporations navigating cross-border competition and regulatory landscapes.
