Nathan is a Senior Associate in our corporate division. He advises on corporate matters both national and international, including buy and build platforms, private equity investments, sales of founder owned businesses, joint ventures and general M&A.
Nathan acts for clients across a wide range of sectors including Retail & Consumer, Technology and Living.
Nathan’s recent experience includes advising:
- Reliance Brands on its joint ventures with Superdry and Mothercare
- Five Arrows, the alternative investment arm of Rothschild & Co, on its acquisition of Rimes – a leading provider of EDM (enterprise data management) as-a-service and investment platform solution to the global community
- Lloyds Development Capital on their MBO and investment into the Message Direct group, a call answering service provider
- The shareholders of retailer Bravissimo on their sale to Wacoal Europe
- Cow Corner on the refinancing of One Point Advisory Services including the co-investment by Summit
