Niamh is a Trainee Solicitor based in the Thames Valley office. Niamh commenced her NQ+ training contract with the firm in September 2023 and is currently in her second seat.
Niamh joined Shoosmiths as a Banking and Finance paralegal in September 2021 and is due to qualify into the team in March 2024, with a particular focus on leveraged, venture capital and corporate finance transactions. She has experience assisting on transactions to advise borrowers and lenders on a range of debt finance work, including on large national and international transactions.
Niamh completed an English degree at The University of Birmingham in 2020, the GDL in 2021 and the LPC LLM at The University of Law in 2023.
