I lead the Experienced Hire part of the Talent Acquisition team which handles all qualified recruitment across the firm - the Legal Divisions and Business Services, from paralegal to Partner /Director level. My focus is on Partner hiring in line with the firm's 2030 strategy.
I am an experienced Legal Recruiter with an Agency background having spent 5 years with Michael Page Legal in Manchester.
Prior to that, I trained and qualified with Evershed Sutherland LLP and practised as an employment lawyer for almost 6 years PQE, working at both Eversheds and DLA Piper UK LLP. During my time at DLA, I undertook a 6 month secondment at Lloyds Banking Group in Halifax.
