Saxan is an Associate Chartered Legal Executive, who has worked in the Serious Injury Team at Shoosmiths since 2010 and qualified in 2017.
Saxan has extensive experience dealing with injury claims having initially qualified into the personal injury team. Saxan now uses her wide experience to specialise in clinical/medical negligence claims including surgical errors, delayed diagnosis and treatment, birthing injuries, gynaecology and dental claims.
Saxan works with clients to build trusting relationships and supports them through their claim process to achieve the best possible outcome.
