Selina manages the Client Relationship Team in the Serious Injury Department at Shoosmiths. With over 20 years of dedicated service, Selina's commitment to her work is evident. In this role, she ensures that clients feel supported from their initial contact with the team, striving to make the process smooth by offering the highest level of care and attention. Selina ensures that the team guide clients through the start of their journey with empathy and expertise.

Understanding the challenges clients face when reaching out for help, Selina and her team focus on attentive listening, making every client feel comfortable and providing them with the opportunity to share their stories, often under very sad and traumatic circumstances. Selina diligently oversees and ensures that she and the team understands the unique needs of each client, offering tailored solutions to support them. This empathetic approach ensures that clients feel valued and supported.

Selina is also dedicated to managing all client feedback for the Serious Injury Department. She works closely with our specialist legal advisors and partners to ensure the consistent delivery of client excellence in all that we do. Additionally, managing relationships with external providers is a key aspect of Selina's role. By working collaboratively with them, she can offer comprehensive support and resources, enhancing the overall client experience.

Outside of work, Selina enjoys being a busy mum of two young children and actively participates in school charity events.
