Susie is a professional support lawyer (PSL) within Shoosmiths' corporate team based in the Solent office.
She is responsible for planning, overseeing, facilitating and delivering training for the national corporate team.
Prior to becoming a PSL, Susie was a legal adviser in the corporate team at Shoosmiths and advised on a wide range of corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals and group reorganisations. Susie worked with a broad range of clients including equity investors, large private companies, management teams and owner managers.
Susie joined Shoosmiths in 2004 as a trainee before qualifying into the corporate team in 2006.
