We’re pleased to invite you to our upcoming event at our London office on Wednesday, 15 October, where we’ll unveil findings from our new report: Mind the Gap: Rethinking how we speak to customers in financial services.
Developed in partnership with YouGov, the report is based on a survey of 2,500 UK adults responsible for household financial decisions. The study explored how consumers engage with financial communications by testing three versions of a credit card instalment plan, each with a different level of simplification.
This approach enabled us to assess real-world comprehension and identify the elements that support or hinder effective communication in financial services.
