Shoosmiths advises on the acquisition of key trading assets of Maven Leisure by ETM Group, securing 176 jobs

A cross-departmental deal team from Shoosmiths led by partner Jonathan Dunkley and legal director Tom Swain, has advised ETM Group on its acquisition of the key trading assets of Maven Leisure, including the London-based roof-top bar Wagtail, and sports bars and restaurants Goldwood and Beechwood.

ETM Group is a leading hospitality company known for its portfolio of premium bars, restaurants, and pubs across London. The acquisition of these key sites strengthens ETM's position in the market by adding them to the existing stable of the premium ETM collection, supporting its growth strategy.
