Caught in a trap - the changing face of subscription contracts

The incoming Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Bill (Bill) seeks to tackle “subscription traps” by imposing new duties on traders who offer subscription contracts to consumers.

During this webinar, our Consumer team shared their insights into these changes and the challenges that they have already encountered with the implementation of the new compliance regime.
